The room and bathroom: It is a spacious room, can fit a full or queen-sized bed, dresser, and a desk/bookcase. There is also a single closet in the room. There is one shared bathroom in the apartment.

The apartment: Our beautiful renovated apartment has an open plan living room and kitchen with new fixtures, dishwasher, and a full-sized oven and stove. We also have a washer/dryer in unit, and the building has an elevator!

We are one block from Central Park, and the nearest subway lines are the B/C.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
We are two young professionals in our late 20s who grew up together and are excited to welcome a 3rd person into our fabulous apartment. We both work in arts administration and lead busy social lives outside of the apartment. We are looking for either a male or a female professional in their late 20s or early 30s who has their own thing going, and is friendly, clean, and respectful of shared space.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Security deposit and first months rent required up front. The lease starts October 1 and will be for 12 months. Utilities usually run between $60 per person for internet and Con Ed.
