Looking for roommate who can move into the apartment by November of 2019. The apartment is very close to Columbia University, Central Park, Riverside Park, 5 min walk from the B/C train, 8 min walk from the 1 train. Tons of restaurants and bars especially on Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. Whole Foods and Traders Joe within walking distance! 20 minute walk to the Museum of Natural History. The neighborhood is a blend of young professionals and families. The building is well maintained and there is laundry and a small gym in the basement floor. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building which is very convenient. The bedroom I am seeking to fill has exposed brick. Price of rent includes heat/water but does not include Internet ($25/month) and electricity (usually between $40-80 depending on the season). The rent is $1450. Move-in date flexible November 2019.
