The living spaces are already furnished, your room will not be. But i can leave an air conditioning unit if you'd like. The shared bathroom is clean and has a glass standing shower

The location is great! It is a 5-minute walk from the B/C & 1 Subway stops. The building is also 1 block away from Central park and many great bars and restaurants.

Rent is $1400, utilities range from $20-30 a month, with $17 a month of Wi-Fi. Lastly, I ask for 1-month's security deposit, which will be returned to you upon move-out.
