One of our roommies is moving so we have a cozy bedroom available in a large 3 bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side / Morningside Heights. reduced price of $795 per month plus utilities.
Room has a small closet, a lot of loft space and A/C unit. Can fit a twin or full bed, dresser, desk. (pictures feature it with a twin and also with a full to give a sense)
Apartment itself is spacious - sizable kitchen that's great to cook in and very big living room. 5th Floor walk up (you get used to it). It's a great location and a good price for the area.
Off the 1 / B and C trains @ 110 Street. Great location (grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, bars all steps away - also steps away from Columbia U and Central, Riverside and Morningside Parks) Great price for the location! Roommates would be 2F. 20s/30s. We're fun, drama free, COVID cautious arts admin professionals. Good to live with a guy or a gal. LGBTQ friendly. Perfect for someone laid back, tidy but not high maintenance, financially responsible and conscientious / considerate and who likes to have fun (but does it safely and keeps it outside the apartment :-)
