Washer/Dryer combo in unit, balcony, heated bathroom floors, and great building amenities including free laundry room (yes I said free), gym, rooftop and freight size elevator in lobby. The apartment is fully furnished besides the room you'll be in. Amazing location right next to Central Park and a 3 minute walk to the B/C and 5 minute walk to the 1 train. Move-in date can be as early as January 1st. My lease ends June 1st 2021.
