Room in 3B 1BA near Central Park

I am looking for a new roommate to takeover my lease in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Move in is Feb 1 (might be available a couple of days earlier).

The apartment:
The living room gets a good amount of natural sunlight, and we keep the common space clean. The kitchen is fully furnished and we just got a new microwave. The bathroom is decently sized and there is space in the drawers and cabinet for each person. There are washers and dryers in the basement.

The apartment is just a block from Central Park and a short walk to the B/C (less than 5mins) and 1 (10mins) trains. Walkable to tons of shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores (including Whole Foods (10mins) Trader Joe’s (less than 15mins) and Hmart (10mins)). Columbia university is a 15min walk.

The room:
It fits a full bed and desk. There is pretty decent sized closet. There is a window but the natural lighting is not very good for my room because it’s a first floor apartment. Hence the very cheap price.

You will have 2 female roommates.
M (30) is studying law at Columbia. She is from San Diego and spends a good amount of time at school. She’s usually busy with studying when home.

C (31) works in consulting and works from home during the week. On the weekends, she’s most likely out doing things.

Their ideal roommate is a young professional or student in their late-twenties to mid-thirties, clean and tidy, fully vaxxed, not bringing the party home, although company is welcome! No smoking in the house. They would love to be friends but also can keep it cordial.

Current lease ends at the end of August, with option to renew. This is a rent-controlled unit, with the current rent of $1,125. Last year they did not increase the rent at all! You will only need to pay electricity and Wi-Fi and they usually come to $50-80 depending on usage. 1 month rent for deposit is due at move in. No broker fee.
