Upper West Side Roommate Wanted

34 year old queer (she/they) professional seeking a roommate to share a two bed/one bath on the Upper West Side.

The area:
-wonderful location close to Central Park
-B/C lines nearby, 1/2/3 within easy walking distance
-tons of restaurants/cafes in area
-grocery store options galore (Trader Joes, bodegas, Whole Foods, fruit carts, and more)
-walking distance to M60 LaGuardia Express Bus
-walking distance to Columbia University and Mt. Sinai Morningside Hospital
-laundry services (dropoff/selfwash/dryclean) one block away

The apt:
-true two bedroom
-top floor in an elevator building (a few stairs in foyer)
-windows open to back of building, not street
-large shared living room
-bathtub/shower combo
-well stocked kitchen (stand mixer, food processor, airfryer, wok, Keurig, blender, toaster, and more)

The bedroom:
-comes furnished with bed, dresser, slender bookcases, which if aren't needed, could be a conversation
-has built in closet and large black Ikea dresser (neither in picture due to framing angle)

I work a 9a-5p office job and when I'm home tend to be pretty quiet. Am a fan of travel, theater, and SciFi/fantasy. Love cooking and am a clean-as-you-go person. Open and honest communication is a two way street for me and absolutely essential. Big fan of figuring out what works and not forcing expectations. Mostly looking to co-exist in an overlapping space, with friendly interactions and exchanges.
