Looking for two roommates to sign the leas with us

We already found a quiet nice apt without broker fee and we are looking for roommates to sign the lease with us two. The 2 BR apt is at 135 St Broadway, with elevator, doorman, laundry room and park basement. The available move in date is Dec 15th. My friend and I are going to share one room. Now we are looking for two roommates to sign lease with us. Another bedroom is 850 and the living room is 700, with gas, heat and water included. my roommate lives in NY so she won't be at apt on weekends usually. We both are clean and easy going students.
