We are looking for a 3rd person to join us in signing a 12mo lease for this gorgeous apartment. The space is available now and you will be joining a quiet couple in a 2bed/1bath.
Total rent is $2650, split $1350 us, $1300 you. Rent includes heat and hot water, not internet and electricity (which shouldn't be more than $150 a month). We will split electric and internet 3 ways.
We want to meet you asap and schedule a viewing together of the place. It's almost the end of the month, crunch time.
Couples accepted as we are also one. But utilities will be split 4 ways and rent is split evenly. :)

Super cute neighborhood near all of the college campuses. Lots of great food, Starbucks is 4 blocks away at the 125th St 1 train stop.
