Great Room Near City College

I’m renting a furnished room near City College (West Harlem). The price is $1200 a month with $1200 deposit upon move in, this includes all utilities except electric which on average is $60 a month.

The apartment is furnished, it’s small but comfortable and cozy in a 6-floor walkup. I’m looking to start renting soon, but there is some flexibility if these dates aren’t good for you.

I’m posting the room for a year long rental starting July 1st. This room would be a great fit for international graduate students attending City College or Columbia University, both which are less than 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
