Two spacious month-to-month bedrooms are available in a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom co-op with 24-hour security guards.

Option (I)—spacious furnished bedroom with shared bathroom + kitchen available ($1,400.00/mo for less than 6 mos, $1,300.00 for 6 mos+)
Option (II)—large furnished master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom ($1,700.00/mo for less than 6 mos, $1,600.00 for 6 mos+)

Both suites have furniture, wifi, hardwood floors, access to a clean laundry facility on the basement level. This is a diverse neighborhood bustling with new restaurants and shops. Considerate, mature, clean, kind professionals encouraged.

For safety reasons, it? s recommended that discretion is exercised within chosen forms of transportation and masks are used at all times. This property is within walking distance to 1,2,3,9 subway (to the West), and the 4,5,6 (to the East). The cross-town 125th street bus, M60 that goes to LaGuardia Airport and Metro-North railway are also walking distance. Further across town to the west on 125th is the A, C, E train, specified A express trains go to John F. Kennedy airport. Wholefoods is within walking distance. Among the neighborhood, restaurants are Red Rooster, Blvd. Bistro, and Lito.
