Hello, I am looking for a roommate to move into my great apartment. I live with my boyfriend and one other roommate we are all in our mid 20's professionals and I am also finishing my schooling . We are incredibly pleasant and easy to get along with in the apartment, we enjoy keeping it clean and a nice place to come home to. The room available comes furnished with a twin bed a desk and ikea closet. Rent is 1000 monthly including utilities, I will also ask for a $500 deposit upon moving in which you will receive back giving me one months notice before moving out.
