Special discounts available now due to COVID-19 - rent is reduced to $1000 a month for first 2 months then will increase to $1100 per month. Utilities are included for as long as the quarantine rules are in place. High speed Internet is always included in rent. There will be no physical showings of the apartment but we will set up a video call with roommates and tour. We are looking for a safe and clean roommate to co-habitate with. The apartment building is made of 3 apartments and we are all working together to keep a safe and clean environment.
