Apartment is a real 3 bedroom, 1 bath on the 6th floor of an elevator building with a good sized kitchen and living room. The room we are listing is off the kitchen and spacious but best for a full-sized bed due to the layout (see pictures) and has a closet and 2 windows. Note furniture is not included for this room. There is also laundry in the building.

The apartment is very quiet as it's on the 6th floor and faces away from the street. It is right by the highline and many other nearby parks. It is a ~5 minute walk to Westside Market and ~10-15 minutes to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Right next to the A/C/E and L trains.

We are looking for someone to join my current roommate and I on August 1st for a year-long lease. Price is $1,600 + ~$30 for utilities and ~$20 for internet per month.
