Spacious 3br/2bath doorman, great location.

Social but doesn't bring the party home. Reliable, courteous, relatively clean, especially in common spaces.
No smoking inside, but rooftop is always available.
No drugs please, alcohol is fine in the house. No excessive drinkers please.
Would be nice to be social with you but no need to be bffs, just be able to grab a drink sometimes should we want to. I keep busy, have own life, interests, friends, etc.
I am not anal retentive when it comes to cleaning (making chore lists etc) but I'm not a mess either I. e. keeps sink free of dishes 90% of the time, cleans up after self, sweeps and vacuums regularly.

Loves comfy and homey well decorated space. Very easy to get along with and laid back. Not too loud, I work alot so when I come home I'm pretty chill.
