I will be moving out the 30th of this month so I am looking for someone to take over my lease for an Oct 1 move in. The rent is 1375 a month which includes water and gas (great for the heat during the winter months) and requires 2 months up front along with your application fee of $50 in order to be on the lease. The current roommates are 3 female professionals in their early to late 20's. If you are interested after knowing this, please let me know and I will gladly send pictures. The place is truly awesome and I will miss the views from my bedroom (Times Square Ball) and the private patio space - great for entertaining!
