So heres the dealio we got this basement floor apartment which was originally a one bed with massive living space so TA-DAAA we invested in making a very stagey red curtain wall, its a thick duvet and has served us well as a wall to make bedroom number two!
The apartment has its own entrance to a backyard (obviously useless in this weather but nice to have maybe when the weather picks up!)
We are currently paying 1150dollars each for the place but you can divide the costs as you see fit, each room has its own double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
There is a laundry room in the building and it is a 2minute walk to Penn Station and Madison sqaure gardens....we walk everywhere though because of the location!!
We are 2people here but it could potentially house 3people if needed!
