One room in two bedroom apt in hell's kitchen

I will be staying out of state for an undermined amount of time (at least until Jan 1st) for a work project. Looking to sublet the room while I'm gone. I am hoping for someone who can pay the full amount (when we determine how long you will stay) upfront as I've had bad experiences subletting before. I'm willing to cover utilities while you are there if you can do that! My bed, tv and nightstand will be there for your use. The living room/kitchen has a leather futon as well. One male roommate, very nice, respectful. Please let me know if you are interested and I can meet you to show you the apartment. Small, but cozy and clean - perfect for short term rental. All I ask is that you are respectful! Hoping to sublet ASAP !
