1 BR in 2 BR APT for 3 months from Aug. to October

Hi,

My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate to take over my room in our recently renovated and fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in Midtown East. The room will be available for 3-months from August 1 to October 31, and we are looking for someone who will stay for at least two months.

The building is very conveniently located on 39th Street between the 1st and 2nd avenue. Almost any place in Manhattan is reachable in less than 30 minutes with Grand Central Station being about 5-10 minutes walk (Trains 4, 5, 6, 7, S). The building has a 24-hour doorman/concierge service, and washer/dryer in the basement (dry cleaning store just next to the store). It is also next to grocery/convenience stores and to a dry cleaning store, and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The apartment, on the 20th Floor, is spacious and clean with great views over the East River and Long Island. The two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment and have their own bathrooms, which allows for a lot of privacy. The available bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and a large built-in closet. It has plenty of natural light and has its own A/C Units. Apartment also has a patio overlooking the East river.

My roommate is a young professional in his late twenties who works as a lawyer in Midtown.

Rent is 2100, will require deposit/ advance. Detailed terms can be negotiated.
