- Really nice apartment; wooden floors, modern kitchen with the highlight being private access to our own rooftop
- The room is quite large with a wardrobe
- 1 br between all three of us

The details
- Rent is $1,750
- Deposit is $3,500 (will part pay last month rent in all likelihood)
- $300 application fee (good credit required)
- You would go on the lease along with me
- Move in from August 1st or September 1st for 12-13 months
