Hells Kitchen Apt with Balcony July 1st Move In

My roommate and I are looking to fill a spot opening up in our Hells Kitchen apartment starting July 1st for a full year. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a flex room and the flex room is available. The flex room measures about 11ft x 11ft with full floor to ceiling pressurized walls and a door. The room is large enough to fit a queen size bed as well as a dresser and a night table. The flex room has a window that goes into the common room.

The apartment was renovated 3 years ago before I moved in and all the appliances (including dishwasher) are stainless steel. We have a decent sized kitchen with a kitchen table. The living room is large enough to fit a 3 person and a 2 person couch. The building is a doorman building with a gym and laundry room in the building. The apartment itself is fully furnished with tv, couches, sound system, plates, etc

We also have a balcony which is 8ft x 12ft with an unobstructed view of midtown. The view is beautiful which most of our friends can attest too (most of their profile pics include our view as the backdrop).

For those unfamiliar with the area, Hell's Kitchen is a great area for night life but is not right in the middle of everything that it is hectic at night. Ton's of great bars and restaurants in the area.

My roommate and I (both males) like to go out on weekends but respect the work week. We take our careers seriously but like to enjoy ourselves. We are looking for someone who is down to earth, cleanly and easy going. We like to cook most of our meals and keep the apartment in good condition.
