Room is partially furnished with fan, desk and bookshelf. Since it's partially furnished, Owner is willing to contribute $150 for you to obtain furniture, such as, bed/mattress.
Building has 24 hour doorman, elevators, laundry room, and rooftop.
Rent includes water, heat, gas, Wifi, and electricity. There's no extra charge for those items.
Term: 1 year or longer
Sign lease directly with landlord.
Close to many subway stations - b, d, e, f, a, c, n, r, q, 1, 3, 9
Close to Central park (about 5 blocks away)
Close to shopping centers - Whole food, 5th avenue
