Hello apartment hunters,
My roommate and I are looking for a third person to take over a large bedroom in our big, amazing apartment. We are on the 19th floor of a 25 floor modern building with fantastic amenities: 24-hour front desk attendant, gym, laundry on-site, outdoor space, valet dry-cleaning, and online maintenance requests. The location is fantastic, literally above a C/E station and a Rite-Aid. We are a stone's throw away from many grocery stores and restaurants, and just 7 blocks away from Columbus Circle/Central Park - which you can see from your room and the kitchen/living room. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout; new stainless steel appliances, gas range, and disposal in the kitchen; and Time Warner cable/internet. Utilities run about $75 a person per month.
About your future roommates: One gal and one dude in our late 20s. I'm in grad school for Forensic Psychology; my roomie works long hours at a large international bank. He is in a flex 3rd bedroom, and you would be sharing a bathroom with him. We are both very neat and low-key and easy to get along with.
About you: male or female, in your 20s/early 30s, professional or graduate student. Neat (doesn't need to be prodded to take out the trash or clean the bathroom if you haven't done it in a while). No drugs or loud parties. This building allows pets of all sizes, so let us know if you have one in your response. Other than that - just be a cool, chill person!
The current occupant moves out on March 1st, so ideally the move-in date would be March 2nd. This lease began on August 15, 2016, and I am planning to renew. I am looking for someone to join the current lease.
