Furnished Room In Midtown West Doorman Building

I have a furnished bedroom available in my apartment, since my current roommate is moving out soon. (in a modern doorman building).

- It’s a wonderful big bedroom (about 13 ft x 13 ft!) coming with everything you need: queen size bed & rug, sofa, big desk with chair, drawers, bookshelves, lamps, etc. There’s a big window and it’s sunny inside. There’s also built-in A/C and heater, as well as a fan for hot days.

- The shared living room fits a piano. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery and flatware. You’ll have shelves in the bathroom closet too.

- Everything is included in the rent, with high-speed internet. Laundry facility is in the basement, so you don’t need to go around with your dirty stuff: super convenient!

- The neighborhood is the best ever: you’ll be in the heart of Columbus Circle in Manhattan, with plenty of restaurants and shops around (some are opened 24/7), including Whole Foods. Central Park is just 3 short blocks away, as well as the 59th Columbus Circle mall and subway station (A-B-C-D-1-2). You can also have access to the other major subways within like 7min walking (N-Q-R, E, even F if you push a little further), so you won’t be running out of subways even late at night. MoMA and Lincoln Center are within 15min walking, as well as Times Square and Broadway theatres. The area is really safe too.

- My sweet cat lives under my bed and doesn’t come out to mingle.
