I'm leaving this apt to move in with my gf and looking for someone to sublet until the end of the lease (~9 months). The lease is up for renewal if you decide to stay!

Apt is at the corner of 9th and 34th on the 6th floor.

You would be living with 2 roommates (~28 years old, working guys). They're both very nice, respectful and fun.

The building is recently renovated.
The room is the flex room (small space at the top of the wall) but it is the biggest room in the apt! (~200 sq feet)
Laundry on floor and gym in the building.
A lot of storage space and EVERYTHING IS CLOSE BY!

Rent includes heat & water.
Electricity+Wifi = ~$40/month
No broker's fee.
