The apartment is a large 1049 sq ft unit at the end of the hall in a luxury doorman elevator building. It is on a high floor and has an amazing view of Midtown. The Apartment still has a spacious and bright living room, even with the flex (full wall). Other features include:
- Tons of natural light
- Dishwasher
- Washer/Dryer both IN UNIT as well as an additional laundry room on the floor
- Trash/Service room on the floor
- Doorman 24/7
- Communal roof terrace
- Wifi room + gym within building for extra fee
There is an option of taking either the master+ensuite or the other true bedroom. Great closet space in both rooms.
Room is NOT furnished.
