Hell's Kitchen doorman building lease take over

Hell's Kitchen doorman building bedroom in 3b1b apartment, starting now (move in date flexible by Feb 1st)to mid-August 14th.
You will be sharing the apartment with two flatmates in their mid-20s.
The room is furnished with desk, chair, lamp, bed, side table and a dresser (there's a big build in closet in the room), will be selling the furniture at a fairly low price!

Rent- $1,500/month plus utilities (electricity and wifi paid monthly)
This is a lease take over, to move in you'll need to do some simple paperwork, go through background and credit check with the leasing office. To move in you'll need (Jan prorated rent if you move in before Feb 1st)+400 furniture (if you want them, prefer to give the room to someone who'd take the furniture)+700 deposit+leasing office application fee $300, and you'll pay your rent on the 1st of every month directly via the management payment website afterwards!
