Temporary Rental Lge Bedroom In Hk

Located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, my apartment is a large, sunny, warm 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are located in the back, therefore very quiet. The room to rent is the largest one and pretty large by NY standards. The apartment is fully furnished, as well as the room with new furniture.
As of now, we are still not allowed to have a washing machine in the apartment, but there is a laundromat (with drop off/pick up service) one block away. The rent is $1,400/month utilities included.
I am preferably looking for a temporary roommate such as 6 months, a year max. This can be discussed during the visit.
About me, I am a scientific research at Columbia University. I have been living in this apartment for 8 years now and really enjoy it. I work a lot and therefore like to appreciate my quiet, warm apartment during my time off. However, I am someone very active and an art lover, so I spend lots of time at museums or movie theater whenever possible. I am looking for someone clean and respectful.
