We are looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 Bed / 2 Bath apartment in Hell's kitchen. You will be sharing this apartment with one other person. I love this apartment but I've to move out of Nyc for work. The apartment will be available after Feb 15th.

- Spacious ( over 1000 sq. ft) apartment with a huge living room and a full size kitchen
- Conveniently located 2 blocks from the 50th street subway
- Private bath
- Full time doorman building with Elevator
- Washer / Dryer in apartment
- Well light with street view
- Wooden floor
- Living room comes furnished - I can leave my bed if you need it
- Lot of closet space in your room and outside
- Trash shoot on every floor
