Bottom Floor of Duplex with Personal Bathroom

About the apartment: Apartment is a duplex on the first floor with a fully updated kitchen (with dishwasher). The room available is the whole downstairs of the apartment, big enough for a queen bed with its own half bath (toilet & sink, the shower is in the bathroom on the main floor) and its own entrance. We'd split electric, wifi, and a cleaning service every month/six weeks. The rest of the apartment is already furnished so all you'd need is furniture for the room.

About the building: Nice building in Hell's Kitchen. Laundry in building and roof access. About 10 min walk from every subway line, half a block from CVS and grocery store, 10 min walk to Hudson River Park, 15 min walk to Central Park.

About me: I'm 23 years old, originally from Pittsburgh and been living in NYC for about a year. I graduated from Bates College in 2017, where I played tennis, and I work for a consulting firm in FiDi.
