YOU WILL LOVE THIS LOCATION FOR THE PRICE! It?s in Hudson Yards, right next to the new ?Shops and restaurant at Hudson Yards,? and the High line. Literally not even a 3-minute walk.
There is 24-hour Deli right downstairs.??You have the M34 bus stop right in front of the building with 7 train a 3 min walk and ACE 123 and PENN Station a 6-7 minute walk.??Literally everything you need is a 5 minute walk. Sometimes not even that.
About the room:
It?s a big bedroom that can easily fit a queen size bed with ample space to move around. You will also be getting a huge closet. It also gets lots of sunlight with wall of windows with a fantastic view.
About the Apartment:
It?s a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and a decent size bathroom and a cute kitchen. I live in the bigger room of the apartment, so you will be paying $100 less than I do. ??About the building:
It?s a Doorman building with elevator and laundry in the building, which is super handy! There is also an adorable coffee shop in the building which makes amazing Nutella Latte.
About Me :
I am an SVA Graphic Design student. Like my surroundings clean. Love shoes, bread, and watching shows and YouTube. Would love some new show recommendations too lol. I like my privacy and space but also love to hang out.
What am I looking for in a roommate:
As long as you pay your rent on time and keep the common areas relatively clean. I am cool with anything.??
