Lease Assignment One-Bedroom Apartment at THE MAX

Looking for someone to take over our current lease at the MAX for the remainder of the year. Preferably looking for someone to move in by the end of August. Security Deposit is one-month rent. There is also an amenities fee of $50 per person/month that needs to be paid with the lease.

Unit is a one bedroom apartment with open Manhattan views. Apartment faces south-side of the city so lots of sunshine during the day. In addition, in-unit amenities include washer/dryer and a large island kitchen counter.
