Looking for Replacement Tenant

Hey guys! I?m moving out of my midtown apartment and my room will be available for a lease assignment :) The apartment is in Herald Towers which has a 24/7 gym, 2 rooftops, a newly renovated lounge, weekly events, free yoga classes, etc. The pics above are from our rooftop lounge! Its a really cute place to stay. The room has a big window that provides a lot of light (you can put a bench cushion!) I?m looking to move out by June 1st. All 3 bedrooms in the apartment will be available as my other roommates are moving out too, so let me know if you have roommates! If not, I can put you in contact with my current roommates to find others you?d like to live with. Let me know if you?re interested!
