Looking to sublet my spacious room in a luxury apartment building, 2BR (flex) with 1 Bath. Amazing views of the Hudson River and North views of the city from the 32nd floor. with floor to ceiling windows. Corner room will come with furniture, with option of purchase. You will share the apartment with an excellent roommate (male student at Colombia Business School, clean, respectful), with a kitchen, bathroom, and limited shared living room. Start date flexible, for a <4 month sublet ending Aug 15.

Great location in Hell's Kitchen: The Helena building on 57th and 11th, right next to the Hudson River. Free building shuttle transports residents every 10-20 minutes to and from Columbus Circle. Convenient grocery stores located below building and nearby, along with pilates studio, fitness studio, liquor store, etc. Tons of restaurants a short walk away on 10th Ave and beyond.

Ample personal living space and furniture: large room could fit any sized bed. Room currently includes a full sized bed with drawers, mattress, dresser, small desk, and bookshelf walls. All furniture (IKEA) are optional for purchase by the sublet at a discount.

Amenities: Doorman building with very nice staff. Amazon delivery lockers in the lobby. Gym with moderate equipment and daily workout classes open to residents. Spacious lounge for residents with pool table, couches, TV room, spa services. Building hosted events (beer tasting, pasta making classes, jazz on the roof). Rooftop with south, west, and north views of the city. Includes barbecue grills and lounge chairs. Continental breakfast everyday from 6:30-8:30am. Note that amenities are currently cancelled temporarily due to COVID-19.

Rent/fees: Security deposit of $500. Also rent of $1600 per month (previously $1850!) due at the beginning of the month, plus utilities (typically $30-50/month, split between 2 people), plus internet (Fios: $27 per person). Will likely need to add your name to the lease.

Start date: flexible, but sooner preferred
End date: August 15, 2020. You have the option to renew the lease, but roommate likely will move out at the end of the lease.
