Fourth for Hell?s Kitchen 4BR w/ balcony

My roommates and I are looking for a 4th to join us in a 3BR/4 Flex/1.5 bath apartment in Hell?s Kitchen. The building has a 24 hour doorman, gym, laundry room, and package room. Meanwhile the apartment itself has great views of the city and river, plenty of natural light, and a balcony. The room available is the flex which fits a dresser or maybe two and a full/queen bed.

We?re all late 20?s female working professionals and are looking for someone similar. We?re up for a wine night hang but also equally respectful of people?s privacy and alone time. If interested lmk and I?ll be happy to answer any questions!
