Private Cozy Clean Bedroom Furnished- Midtown NYC

Hi!

I'm looking for a roommate to share my apartment. It's a two bedroom apartment and you would be staying at one of the two bedrooms (the smaller room from the layout photo). Kitchen and bathroom is shared with me. Subway lines/bus stops are within 5 minutes walking distance. Since our unit is located at the back side of the building there is no outside noise at all.

The apartment has a laundry room downstairs and an elevator. We have a doorman (currently on leave due to stay at home orders) that takes care of packages and visitors. The room is fully furnished and you can use all kitchen supplies (there's a lot!) The desk and chair has been upgraded from what you see in the photos.

I am a Korean American professional fluent in both Korean and English. I'm currently working from home due to stay at home orders but I usually don't spend much time at home but still keep the place nice and clean :) Please contact me with any questions!
