Hello! We have a room available in a high rise elevator building in Hell's Kitchen. The open room is a true bedroom with a closet, two bright windows, and enough room for a queen bed plus furniture. The room measures approximately 12'6"x11'8".
The apartment itself has an updated kitchen that includes a dishwasher, a nice-sized balcony, and two closets. There is laundry in tht building that has been recently been updated. I myself have a dog who is NOT good with other dogs, but has lived well with cats.
We are both clean and relatively quiet. I work in finance and tend to live at either the office or the gym, and the other roommate is usually out. We're looking for someone who would like to be friends or friendly, but don't mind if you'd prefer to keep to yourself.
