Room: fully furnished with full-size loft bed, built-in wall shelves, built-in wall coat rack, huge west-facing window, portable AC, approx 100 sq ft.
Building Amenities: Indoor gym, in-building laundry, cozy resident's lounge, outdoor patio/terrace area, BBQ grills, 24-hour concierge front desk
Roommates: 2 clean (we have a cleaning rotation!), considerate, chill dudes working in tech & art
