Looking for a female to take over the lease for my room in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment. Perfectly situated in Herald Square right in front of NQRW BDFM trains. Room gets very good sun light and is a good size.

Building comes with a free spacious residents lounge and roof deck that are still open (perfect for working from home or sun bathing). Also has free gym, reliable mailroom, friendly doormen and laundry machines and dry cleaner in the building. Building hosts free events like catered dinners, nyc dessert cafe pop ups, life coaching, yoga classes, happy hours and more.
