Great location small private bedroom (female only)

Hello, I have a private furnished bedroom need someone to sublet(female only). It is located in midtown east. The room has one twin size bed frame with a mattress, a study desk, a computer desk, a chair and a small book shelf.

The location is perfect. 3 minutes walk to Trader Joe?s and 5 minutes walk to Target, Fairways. 3 minutes walking distance to train 6 and 7 minutes walk to train N, Q, R, W, B, and D. Steps away from ktown and empire building.

I am looking for someone who is responsible, clean and respectful to sublet this private bedroom. You will share the whole apartment with a NYU graduate student, who is clean and respectful. Move in date start from August 15th, 2020.

Monthly rental fee is $900, plus utilities (about $50).
