Looking for someone to take over my lease for 1 Bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Midtown South. All the bedrooms are the same size and can fit a full bed and small dresser. We have a large living room, separate kitchen, and good size bathroom. The new tenant must be willing to stay for the remainder of the lease ending in October 2021. Must be okay with 2 cats!

The building (Herald Towers) is located on 34th and 6th close to almost every subway line. They?ve been updating the entire building which includes two private rooftops, a gym, a brand new luxury lounge, laundry room, package room, and 24/7 doormen.

Rent is $1366.67 a month which includes all utilities besides electricity and wifi. Those two average about $40-$50 a month per person.

Your roommates would be two 24-year-old professional women working in the advertising / media industries. We love to cook & drink wine and play board games at home but also explore new bars and restaurants around the city. We are easy going, clean and looking to find a new roommate who wants to be friends!
