We have a furnished room available for rent in prime Hell’s Kitchen available January 1, 2020 but flexible with dates for move in as I'm moving back to Texas. Rent is month to month utilities not included. $1150 Security Deposit.

Location:

Located in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. It’s near a ton of restaurants and bars, and a 10 minute walk to the NRW and a 5 minute walk to the ACE trains. 10-15 minute walk that’s very close to Times Square, Central Park and Columbus Circle.

The Apartment:

Looking for someone to take my spot in a quaint 3 bedroom in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Queen/full bed already in the room and comes furnished. Plenty of storage space and a nice sized closet. You’ll be living with two awesome room mates who are incredibly nice, keep to themselves but will hang out if you want to. Very clean and accommodating living conditions! LGBTQ+ friendly.
