Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting 2/1-2/15. I am flexible. The lease lasts until 7/31 with the option to renew!

The bedroom is quant and super affordable- $875 a month. Utilities are around $50/mo. Can fit full size bed, mirror, and desk as pictured.

The building is a luxury building in the heart of midtown- herald square 34th st. Has a Gym, newly renovated work lounge, 2 story rooftop with skyscraper views (right next to Empire State Building!), and dry cleaning service. The laundry room in building is currently getting renovated as well (with a wash and fold service doing pickups everyday!)

The two roommates are working professionals: one in business and one in real estate. Both are pretty quiet !

The building is right next to the BDFM, NQRW lines and penn station is a 5 minute walk down the st! (1,2,3 trains).
