Room Available in Three Bedroom Apt.

I have a three bedroom apartment in Midtown Manhattan. The room for rent is unfurnished with a roomy closet. I also have another female roommate who has left town for the moment. She is not currently present in the apartment, but still holding onto her room.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. There are two elevators in the lobby, and a laundry room in the basement.
There is an outdoor plaza across the street. The A, C and E subway lines are on the corner. .The 1,2 and 3 trains are a block away, with the N, R and Q trains two blocks away. The F train is three blocks away.
We are looking for a friendly, non-smoking roommate, without any pets. If you like to cook, you'll appreciate the comfortable kitchen..
