Hey! I’m looking for 3rd and 4th roommates to resign a July 1st lease (but can move in sooner) with me and another women. The apartment is just a couple blocks below Central Park! 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, kitchen space, dining room, and washer&dryer in unit. It’s super spacious and right on the FM & NQRW lines. Both available bedrooms are around $1400/mo.
A little bit about me... I’m from Los Angeles originally but have been living on the east coast for a few years now. I love running, nature, picnics in Central Park, going to the gym, concerts, and nights in cooking and watching TV. My other roommate and I are in our mid 20s and both work pretty standard weekday jobs. I work from home, and she works in the office, but we’ve been cautious with COVID.
We’re looking for suite mates who are respectable, friendly, and clean. :)
