1 Room for Rent in Spacious 4 Bedroom!

I'm looking for a roommate to move into a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment (with balcony, dishwasher, utilities included in rent, package room, in building laundry, and in building gym!)

The apartment is lovely, there’s a ton of space with 3 long hallways, a big balcony furnished with patio furniture, a cute common area and plenty of kitchen storage/counter space (and a dishwasher). The room available is a large bedroom with a gorgeous 3 window pane view of the Hudson River & a large closet in the front hallway. The apt is a corner unit on the 14th floor, neighbors are quite and there's very little street noise that goes up that far! There's 1 & 1/2 baths & a second large hallway closet that is currently being used for cleaning supplies. Everyone picks up after themselves and generally cleans a different part of the apartment once a week, and have professional cleanings every so often as needed. The building is great & landlord is very considerate and kind, and the building is staffed with cleaners & doormen/security. There's a package room & a gym, a large laundry room that was just renovated, & in addition to the large balcony in our unit, there is a second floor deck with tables & benches & a park for kids. I can't say enough good things about this place! It's hard to find a place in NYC that feels homey and with the space we have it really feels more like living in a house than a cramped NYC apartment.

I am looking for a roommate to replace our 4th roommate that is moving out to live on her own. We will be setting up meet and greets with the remaining 3 roommates who are resigning the lease. We do have 1 cat named Tim that belongs to one of the roommates; he’s low key and doesn’t shed much. The owner does a great job cleaning up after him.
