Large Bedroom in Luxury Apartment

This quaint apartment building is located in the heart of Hell's kitchen, surrounded by great food and just a few blocks away from central park. The unit is located on the 4th floor and faces a court yard so no need to worry about street noise. As you can see in the floor plan below this is a large 1 bedroom that can be flexed into a two bedroom by putting in a wall down the middle of the living room. I am renting furniture for my room and the living room so only the open bedroom needs to be furnished. There is a 24 hour doorman and laundry is located in the building. I also live with a lovely service dog named milo who is a mini goldendoodle and is hypoallergenic.
