Spacious Room in Herald Towers

Hi there!

I am moving out and need someone to take the rest of my lease. This is a lease assignment, so you would take the remaining 9 months of the lease and apply (with a guarantor if needed) through Herald Towers. (This process was fast and I can help you if needed!).

The building comes with many amenities. In the building there is:
1. Gym
2. Laundry
3. Wash and Fold services
4. Lounge (with tables and couches to study/relax/eat as well as pool table/ chess tables/ poker/ and more.)
5. Open Terrace

The apartment itself is split into 3 rooms, a kitchen and bathroom. There is no living room. Bedroom is spacious and is the second biggest room. It fits a full/queen bed comfortably. The closer is outside the bedroom, and is shared with one other roommate. (Please see pictures for closet space). There is also another closet for outer/heavier jackets that is shared by all of us. Bathroom is spacious, with shelving space and a bathtub. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher.
