Large & Clean Room in Hells Kitchen (Girls only)

My name is Jill and I’m looking for a cool & clean roomie. I have a big spare room available a few blocks from Lincoln Center. It comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, mirror, rug and closet. The size is large for a New Yorker apt.
Unfortunately, it is on the 5th floor (walk-up) but it has tons of Sunlight, is quiet and is newly renovated :) I also have a small dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and the apt is located in Hell’s Kitchen, super close to Central Park, Times Square and Hudson River.

currently a finance student but I work part time as a Nanny, I love yoga and I go to the gym 3 times a week, I’m half German and I love spending time with my dog and friends!
