Beautiful BR in Midtown--Access To All Trains

This room is the largest in a 3 BR Hell's Kitchen apartment. The building is a half block away from 42-St subway which has access to 1,2,3, A,C, E,N, Q,R, S and around the corner from a lot of great bars and restaurants on 8th & 9th Ave. The room has two large windows providing a lot of light and has some charm and character with beautiful exposed brick. The room can easily fit a queen-size bed and dresser (since there's no closet) and has its own A/C. Though there isn't much of a common area in the apartment, there is a nice kitchen with a little dining nook and dishwasher. Laundry is in the basement of the building.

You'll be sharing with 2 young professionals. We get along great and are looking for someone who's personable and considerate (aka just put your dishes in the dishwasher and we'll get along fine).

We ask for first month's rent and one month security up front ($2,800). Utilities ($30-40/month) and internet ($60/month) will be split between the three of us.
